Bachelor of Commerce(B.com.) is a three-year degree course affiliated to Maa Shakumbhari University, Saharanpur. Duration
Duration: The Bachelor of Commerece programme shall be of a duration of three academic years. However, the students shall be permitted to complete the programme requirements within a maximum of six years from the date of admission to the programme.
The minimum attendance of the students shall have to be 75% for all course work.
Eligibilty
(a) Candidates with at least forty percent marks in higher secondary(+2) or its equivalent examination are eligible for admission to the programme.
(b) The reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Government / State Government, whichever is applicable.
Curriculum, Program Implementation & Assesment
The Program shall comprise of compulsary and optional theory courses; compulsary practicum courses; and comprehensive viva voce. The theory courses shall be assigned a weightage in the proportion determined by the affiliating body. The theory courses are divided into groups, where each group consists of two courses. The student must pass all courses to clear the examination. Viva Voce, Physical Education and Environmental Studies are an integral part of the course work and hence are mandatory to clear.
Fees
The institution shall charge only such fee as prescribed by the affiliating body / state government.
Admission Procedure
Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or any other selection process as per the policy of Maa Shakumbhari University and/or State Government.

If the student fails in more than two subjects, He/she has to then appear in all courses of the particular semester in next even/odd semester. Such student shall be deemed as "Ex-student".
